Kirby has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Human Relations from Mid-America Nazarene University. Most recently, Kirby worked for Canon Solutions America as a Senior Account Executive. He also was in the Air National Guard for six years as a Material Facilities Specialist.

Kirby enjoys baseball—he actually played men’s fast pitch in New Zealand for five years and was drafted by the Chicago Cubs! When he is not with his four children and nine grandchildren, he enjoys vacationing on cruise ships.
